sychic Connections workshops are usually held in the beautiful surroundings of the Metta Centre. For a tour of the Metta Centre you can view pictures and details in the the Metta Centre page. You can, however, hold a workshop in your own surroundings, see below.
Workshops held at the Metta Centre are limited to 16 spaces (except where indicated).
The following applies to most Metta Centre workshops, however, please check each workshop as prices may differ.

- Places are booked very quickly, so it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible to either book a place or to find out more details of a workshop.

If you would like to hold your own workshop and can get a total of 8 interested parties together, including yourself, then the workshop could be held in your own home.
Hostess does not pay and also receives a Free Birth Chart.

Each make - over will commence with a colour reading known as the path way spread . This includes your past, present, your future and the pattern of colour vibrations that is moving through your life at present.
Reiki
The word Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy re-discovered over 100 years ago, and is well know for its energy healing capabilities.
Reiki can be beneficial to your health in helping to relieve stress, Reiki creates a relaxing and calm atmosphere.
The healing technique allows us to send a universal energy throughout the body, physical, emotional mental and spiritual. It raises the vibration of body mind and spirit allowing the natural process of well being to take place within us.
During a Reiki session you will remain fully clothed but may be asked to remove your shoes, belts or any jewelry for your own comfort. The length of a session varies. The therapy is usually given with the patient lying down while the healer transfers the energy through their hands held just above the specific area of the body, without any physical contact being necessary.
Treatments can also be given to animals and the natural world.
